History
After repeatedly witnessing a flock of eagles flying during her drives to work, Pastor Rosalyn Penn began hearing from the Lord concerning eagles and their significance in the earth. Eagles Can Fly Ministries then got its name and began out of the home of one of its members in 2009. Prior to this time, Pastor Rosalyn Penn was under the ministry guidance of Rev. Johnny Graham of York Avenue Church of God for 17 years. She also received training in ministry from Apostle Loretta Pernice of Elim Christian Center.
The ministry became chartered in April of 2011 after having experienced death on the operating table. What was supposed to be a routine procedure, turned out to be a journey that revealed Pastor’s true destiny. In June of 2013, Eagles Can Fly partnered with Free Indeed Prison Ministries and began holding services on Sunday mornings at their West Market location. After close to a year, Eagles Can Fly moved to its current location on High St. NE. Her life’s passion is making sure that everyone she comes into contact with knows that they are eagles who are meant to soar.

Our mission here at Eagles Can Fly Ministries is to win, equip and uplift souls for Christ. This will be a place where your gifts and talents can be used to enhance the Kingdom of God. We believe that walking in unconditional love for each other will provide a firm foundation wherewith restoration for the man; spirit, mind, body and soul, can take place. It is our duty to represent Christ to the fullest through the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Eagles Can Fly Ministries will be a place where one can come to recognize that they are truly eagles who can soar. We desire to meet the needs of our congregation, community and beyond.
