(H) – stands for Hebrew and is found in the Old Testament. (G) – stands for Greek and is found in the New Testament. People of God, Our God is merciful, kind, and loving to say a few things about him; but he's also all knowing, ever present, and the ONLY wise God. When we are born (period), there is an inner witness (morals of society, etc.) that lets us know when we are on the wrong track, otherwise when a person breaks the law; there is no need to run. However, because we have that "inward right" from birth we automatically know right, but will we respond to it? As children, our parents install their "inward right" or morals (positive or negative) and that's what we use to navigate this life..., but then there is the spiritual birth. Praise God for His loving mercies to us, to afford us the opportunity to be born again into him. John 3:3 (KJV) "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." When we are born again, God begins to reveal to us how to align ourselves with His word. He takes out that heart that is accustomed to the world and its "inward rights," and gives us a heart that pumps with His blood. Saints, this heart is handcrafted, by him for him, as a gift to us. This heart gift is not only giving us joy and strength, but it also includes His statutes. Why is it so easy for us, saints to conform to the laws of the world, but when it comes to God's statutes, it's too hard? Just like this world has a government, God has a government and it is upon his shoulder (Isaiah 9:6 KJV). Honor the INWARD RIGHT of God and he will honor you. God's inward right produces freedom, John 8:32; 36 "And ye shall know the truth (G225 - what is true in things appertaining to God and the duties of man, moral and religious truth), and the truth shall make (G1659 - set at liberty: from the dominion of sin) you free...If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed." Unfortunately, there are also those who say "I am free because I answer to no one," however this is a common misconception because if you're not free in God you are bound to Satan and this world. Choose God, fall in love with his statutes, only then will you understand TRUE freedom. "...Choose you this day whom ye will serve..." Joshua 24:6 (KJV). The Scribe
